Eat me! Brochette de Chiperones y gambas A subtle and unexpectedly smart starter, which is composed of delicate flavours, perfectly prepared. Pote Asturiano La Chalana is not afraid of contrast, as this is hardcore - to quote someone knowledgeable. Think a very fabada-style dish, with chorizo, morcilla and potato in the bean-ñaden broth, along with lots of shredded cabbage. There's easily enough here to feed three or even four, so you won't go hungry, but you might go beddy-bye-byes in the office. Pollo Crujiente is quite a challenge after the first two courses, as it's chicken and chips with a chilli sauce. This does feel tonally odd after those traditional stylings, but if you've still got an appetite you'll enjoy the fresh fried taste, With the final fling of the Flan, it's back to the classics. It's a dish which is effectively unreviewable, but tt does the dessert job. You know the drill.

Change one thing? The sauce with those goujons. I really needed a mayonaise or maybe sirarcha. Chilli ketchup was just a bit....kid's meal.
